However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please take a moment to review our return policy below:

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date for merchandise that is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition.
  • The original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the original purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and full instructions on how to process a return to our warehouse.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly.

  • Refunds: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible. Shipping times may vary based on availability.
